I am not sure what it is about them, they are so efficient.
I notice the great effects right away. So handy to keep in my pocket, I use the chill before I ride my horses, to keep me in a calm place, & it does the job, subtle, effective & doesnt slow me down, because I need to also be mentally alert.
Think, I reach for before I sit down in ny office. Peppermint is great thru out the day for a refreshing pick-up, especially before driving.
In Colorado, the mountain fires have been bad, & the wind blows alot of smoke into our valley. Ive found myself using Breathe.. & it helps alot!!!
Like I said, these are subltle, easy & really nice!!!

Definitely feel the chill and the minty aroma. Very enjoyable. Peppermint and Chill are my favorites.
